- Transactional and performance data, such as sales reports, cancellations, customer reviews, and payout history.
- Communications with easy (via email, phone, WhatsApp, or the Partner platform).
- Technical data such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and login activity.
Furthermore, easy may employ web analytics tools to monitor and analyze platform traffic for the purpose of improving services, advertising, and promotional efforts. Aggregated statistical data may be published or shared with third parties without prior notice or approval, ensuring that no personally identifiable details are disclosed.
Legal Basis for Processing Business Partner Personal Data
easy processes personal data relating to Business Partners (including information about owners, authorized signatories, and contact persons) based on one or more of the following lawful bases under applicable Jordanian data protection laws:
· Performance of a contract: to verify, onboard, and manage Business Partner accounts; process orders; coordinate deliveries; and issue settlements and invoices.
· Compliance with legal obligations: to meet requirements under tax, commercial, financial, and regulatory laws; respond to governmental or regulatory requests; and maintain proper financial records.
· Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the easy Partner platform; monitor performance; prevent fraud or misuse; and maintain effective Partner relations, provided such interests do not override the fundamental rights of individuals whose personal data is processed.

- Verify and onboard new Business Partners in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including tax, commercial and data protection requirements where applicable.
- Manage Business Partner accounts and profiles on the easy Partner platform.
- Facilitate order processing, delivery coordination, and payout settlements.
- Generate invoices, settlement reports, and other financial documentation.
- Communicate about updates, service changes, offers, and support matters.
- Monitor performance, assess service quality, and resolve complaints or disputes.
- Market and promote Business Partner products and services to customers on the Easy platform.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and ensure legal compliance.

For instance, when Business Partners with an easy Partner account revisit the site, cookies help identify them, enabling access to personalized information such as login credentials, language preferences, and country selection. Business Partners with a registered account on easy can update their business information at any time by logging into their account on the Partner platform. Any necessary changes affecting settlement or compliance should be communicated directly to easy’s Partner Support team.

Although Business Partners are legal entities, easy also processes personal data relating to natural persons acting on behalf of those entities (such as owners, managers, authorized signatories, and contact persons).
Subject to applicable Jordanian law, these individuals have the following rights regarding their personal data:
· Right to awareness and access: to be informed about how their data is used and, where applicable, to request a copy of the personal data easy holds about them.
· Right to rectification: to request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

As an email address is essential for account registration, Business Partners will not be able to sign up without providing one.
Business Partners can access, update, modify, or correct mistakes in their details through the Partner platform.
To ensure efficient operations, easy may share relevant details such as business name, address, and contact number with third-party service providers and financial institutions for settlement and regulatory compliance. This information is also utilized to enhance the Partner experience, streamline platform functionality, and comply with legal requirements.
Partner contact details may be disclosed to easy’s staff and third-party service providers involved in settlements, technical support, website performance analysis, or Partner support. However, Easy does not sell or share personal contact information with unauthorized third parties, except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or when legally required to do so.
Transactions and Financial Settlements
Payment Methods and Data Security
Business Partners are required to provide banking details for settlement and payout purposes. easy does not store debit or credit card details of Business Partners. All settlement transactions are handled through secure third-party payment gateways or direct bank transfers in compliance with internationally recognized security standards.
Funds are first processed by the payment gateway or bank and then transferred to the Business Partner through standard settlement cycles. By using easy’s services, Business Partners acknowledge that their financial details are handled exclusively by the payment gateway or bank under its security and data protection policies.
Settlement Processing and Information Sharing
For settlement processing, Business Partners are required to provide accurate payout information including bank account details and VAT registration certificates where applicable. This information is shared with payment processors and banks for settlement purposes only.
easy has agreements in place with all third-party service providers that prohibit the further processing or disclosure of financial data beyond what is required to complete the settlement process. Business Partner information is also utilized to provide settlement reports and ensure proper communication.
Personal information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with other Business Partners or affiliates without consent. It will only be disclosed to third parties when required by applicable laws or legal obligations.

As Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) does not reveal an individual or entity’s identity, easy may utilize it for various purposes, including analysis and business improvement. Non-PII may also be shared with affiliates and third parties as required. In some cases, Non-PII may be combined with identifiable Partner information, such as linking a Partner’s business name with their geographical location. If this occurs, the combined data will be treated as PII under this policy for as long as it remains linked.

IP addresses are collected and used for purposes such as analyzing platform traffic, diagnosing server issues, and managing platform performance. easy may also use and disclose IP addresses in the same manner as Non-PII where necessary. However, unless required by applicable law, easy treats IP addresses, server log files, and related data as Non-PII.

If you suspect that your account security has been compromised or believe your interactions with easy are no longer secure, please notify us immediately using the Partner platform. Please note that reporting security concerns via physical mail may result in delays in our response.
Account Deletion Process and Data Retention
easy provides Business Partners with the option to request account deletion through the Partner platform. However, if there are any pending settlements, contractual obligations, or outstanding balances, account deletion will not be possible until all matters are fully settled.
To request account deletion using the easy Partner platform, follow these steps:
- Open the easy Partner app on your device.
- Navigate to the "Profile" menu within your App.
- Select "Delete Account”
- Click on "Delete" to confirm and complete the account deletion process.
Please note that after deleting your account, certain information may be retained if required for legal compliance or to fulfill legitimate business purposes, such as defending against legal claims, preventing fraud, or ensuring protection against abusive activities. However, once your data is permanently removed from the system, it cannot be recovered.
Communications and Marketing
At easy, we are committed to provide the highest level of service to our Business Partners. To keep you informed, we may periodically send updates about our products, services, policies, performance reports, promotions, and campaigns that may be of interest to you.

Partner Obligations
Business Partners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to easy is accurate, up to date, and compliant with applicable laws. Partners are also responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and using the Easy Partner platform in accordance with applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability
easy shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of third-party service providers (including but not limited to payment gateways, logistics providers, and IT services). Business Partners acknowledge that third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data Controller Responsibility
easy acts as the data controller for personal data relating to Business Partners (such as information about their owners, managers and contact persons) under the applicable data protection laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, where applicable. We determine the purposes and means of processing this personal data in line with this Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
